There is no relation between age at which a woman starts having menstrual periods and the age of menopause. Most women reach the age of menopause between 45 and 55 years, but menopause can also occur earlier as well, between the age of 30 or 40 years, or sometimes does not even occur occur until a woman reaches her 60s.
Typically, around 10-15 days after conception, implantation bleeding or spotting is experienced by the woman. A successful implantation also shows symptoms of mild cramps, unlike period cramps and these cramps generally lasts for a day or two. Implantation bleeding is usually pale pink to rust brown in color and unlike periods, comes without clots.
