Gynaecology or Gynecology is the medical practice dealing with the health of the female’s reproductive systems (vagina, uterus, and ovaries) and the breasts. This branch of medical practice is popular as “the science of women” which seeks solutions to problems in women ranging from menstruation to fertility (Gynecological cancer, maternal medicine and delivery, infertility, menstrual bleeding i.e.).   9. Surgery is also performed to treat pelvic organ prolapse like cystocele (condition where wall of the bladder presses against and move to vaginal wall) and rectocele (condition of a bulge of the front wall of the rectum into the back wall of the vagina).
