Yes. Pregnancy with premature ovarian failure is possible in certain conditions. It is estimated that 10-15 women diagnosed with POF were able to conceive without undergoing any infertility treatment. Some studies have found that taking Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) can prove to be helpful in POF. A success rate ranging between 85-90 percent has been recorded after three IVF cycles.
