What can be the approximate percentage of embryo survive till day 5? - by Nikita Rajput on May 7, 2018, 7:47 a.m.
On day 5, the implantation rate per blastocyst transfer is more than that of day 2 or 3 embryos. Only 20 -50 % of day 2 embryos can develop in vitro. Studies by researchers have shown that if an embryo survives to Day 5, there are higher chances of becoming a viable pregnancy as compared with a 2-3 day old embryo.
