Mechanism of ActionLetrozole reduces the amount of estrogen (female sex hormone) by blocking an enzyme (aromatase), thereby stopping the growth of breast cancer or its spreading to other parts of the body
DosageThe recommended dose is 2.5mg/day, orally, administered after chemotherapy for breast cancer
