In Vitro Fertilization

Dr. N.S RANI suggested us for IVF after failed IUI attempts. Kept listening to her and and followed all the directions. We finally got success when my wife came positive after 3rd cycle. All credit to Dr. N.S RANI. - by Murali Mohan
Considering the fact that I have gone through the IVF treatment. What are the odds of having twins with IVF? - by Kalpana Mathur on April 7, 2018, 1:23 p.m.
Actually, it totally depends. In case of IVF, you and your doctor decides how many embryos can be transferred into your uterus. If you opt for a single embryo transfer, then there are minor chances that you would have twins or triplets. There is a possibility that the embryo splits resulting in twins, but not necessarily. Although, there is no guarantee your embryo will successfully implant into the uterine lining.
