    Q. What happens when egg meets sperms?
    • The ejaculated sperm travels to the vagina, through the cervix and uterus and moves into the fallopian tubes. The sperm stays for a period 24 hours waiting for the sperm to fertilize the egg. Fertilization occurs when sperm makes its way into the fallopian tubes. Few days after conception, some women experience slight bleeding and periods like cramps.

    Q. What can I do to treat leg cramps?
    • Leg cramps can be treated with avoidance of standing or sitting with legs crossed for longer hours, stretching calf muscles regularly during the day, staying hydrated during the day by drinking water regularly, rotating ankles and wiggling toes while sitting, eating dinner, or watching TV. Taking a brisk walk every day can also be beneficial for the cramps.
