Hey Patty, there is no specific position for tilted uterus as uterus cant suck the sperm inside directly. It goes through multiple process such as through cervix, fallopian tube and then the embryo formed attached to uterine linings. Hence tilted or not tilted, pregnancy position cant help directly.
I read that it self corrects at 10-12 weeks of pregnancy.. does it stay corrected after childbirth?
Nope...i have a tilted uterus. Only issue I had with both my kids was needed forceps at delivery. But conceived fast with both of my kids.
I didn't care after the pain...i had the epidural but could feel everything, after screaming for 6 hours, I begged for them to do anything. And yes it corrected itself
Phew! Good to know. But if she wouldn't have had the forceps then they would have suctioned and if not then she would have needed a C-section. If she needs a assisted birth bc she's been pushing for too long, then that's out of her hands and they need to do what's best for the baby.
