fertile phase is the time when your eggs are matured and you are ready to conceive, it stays for 5 days..your ovulation day is the day when ovaries release this egg to meet sperm and get fertilized, if you want to get pregnant.. if it doesn't happen, you shed it with your periods, rest of the days are normal days..where your body prepares for the upcoming cycles.

Ovulation day means when the mature egg is released from the ovum to be either fertilized by the sperm or discharged later. This egg remains in the fallopian tube for 5 days which is known as the fertile phase wherein there are high chances of getting pregnant. The non Colored dates are safe dates.
