No, it is not possible to go for IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) with tubes tied after Tubal Ligation, as it prevents the sperm to meet the egg. Normally, during the natural process of fertilization; an egg is released from the ovaries from where it travels to uterus through the fallopian tube. Sperm travels through the vagina, making its way through the cervix and uterus. As after Tubal Ligation, it becomes impossible to reach the other side of the tubal ligation through IUI, fertilization cannot occur. The only way to conceive after Tubal Ligation is either a Tubal Reversal Surgery or by going for Assisted Reproduction technology - IVF
