Gram flour is the best for your facial skin. I regularly apply it on my face with turmeric and rose water before bathing. With this, you will be having a glowing skin all day long.

I love having homemade besan. Gram flour sold outside can be adulterated so, try using fresh gram flour only prepared at home. Ready-made gram flour won't be able to provide you with the listed physical benefits.
