Ketorol DT 10 MG tablet is a non-steroidal and anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which helps in relief from fever, pain and swelling. Side effects include stomach pain, impact on vision and dizziness. Ketorolac is the active salt found in Ketorol DT tablet. Dentaforce is a major substitute for Ketorol DT.

Ketorol DT tablet is categorized under NSAID. It blocks the release of several chemical messengers, which are responsible for fever, inflammation (redness and swelling) and pain. It is also used for treating moderate to severe pain post surgery or after other medical procedure.

While using this medication, you may experience chest pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, stomach upset, convulsions, bloating diarrhea, sweating, cough, gas, headache, drowsiness and dizziness. What are the precautions to be taken while using Ketorol 10 MG Tablet Dt?

Keep in mind the below warnings and precautions while taking the medicine:

1- Taking Ketorol 10 MG tablet Dt with alcohol increases stomach-bleeding risk.

2- This medicine tends to make you dizzy, tired, drowsy and you might have headaches, visual changes, vertigo or problem in sleeping. So, it is advised not to drive unless you are not well as it will affect the driving ability. Dizzy, tired, drowsy

3- If you have kidney disease, then it is advised to take Ketorol 10 MG tablet Dt with caution. The doctor will also adjust the doses accordingly. Severe kidney disease patients are not recommended with this medicine.

4- Take this medicine with caution if you have liver disease. Dose adjustment may be required. If you have severe and active liver disease then avoid the intake of this medicine.
