If you have delayed periods and want to know how to induce periods then opt for proven ways. This includes using contraceptive pills, increase intake of Vitamin C foods, performing exercises such as aerobics, zumba, and yoga, and most importantly destressing yourself. These tips will help you to get periods immediately.

Below are these methods that can help you in inducing early periods. However, its more effective with those who don't have hormones related complications like (PCOS and Fibroids).

1. Use of oral contraceptives

If you are under the impression that contraceptive tablets or ‘pills’ are only to avoid pregnancy then you are wrong. Birth control pills include estrogen and progestin hormones, which are responsible for adjusting   the hormonal levels.

Points to Note:

  • Birth control pills may have adverse effects on women above 35 years of age if taken without a prescription.
  • Women with hormonal issues such as PCOS (Polycystic Ovary syndrome), or Ovarian Cysts should consult a doctor  before taking an  oral contraceptive.

2. Vitamin C rich foods make periods come faster

Vitamin C boosts immunity and helps in inducing period fast. Apart from boosting your metabolism removal of toxins from your body is common with Vitamin C intake. Vitamin C rich foods like Citrus Fruits, Cauliflower, Kiwi, Pineapple, Strawberries and Kale contains high levels of progesterone hormones which makes your periods come faster.

3. Increased exercises might lead to faster Period

5. Bust stress in a healthy way

Stress and anxiety have cause and effect relationship with your menstruation. It has been found that too much of stress leads to lower blood flow in your body and can also trigger hormonal imbalances. Cut down stress levels with yoga and meditation. Healthy eating habits and productive entertainment activities such as reading and hiking can also help in reducing stress.

I can't trust on natural remedy, I had vitamin C rich food with lots of exercise for 2 weeks to have faster periods. But it didn't work and my periods came at its scheduled timing.
