Due to my depression pills, I didn't have my cycles for around 2-3 months. So, It might not always be stress behind missed periods.

On the off chance that your cycle is late because of having low estrogen levels for over a half year, your bones may start diminishing. This will put you at a hazard for osteoporosis. So you better be careful on how stress affects your menstrual cycles. Do not overthink and stay relaxed.
