1- Swollen or Sore Breasts

Generally, it is the morning sickness, which grabs all the attention.  But sore and aching breasts may be one of the most prominent symptoms, which signify that you are pregnant.

2- Fatigue

Your body is highly committed to the task of making a baby, which takes a lot of energy; hence you may feel drowsy or tired all the time as you need to rest more.
