Symptoms at 9 Weeks Pregnant

It’s a now high time for you and your partner to rejoice the feeling of parenthood at 9 weeks pregnancy. As you enter week 9 pregnancy you may experience the following symptoms-

1. Mood Swings

To avoid stressful situations you should try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation. At times, taking a small nap or simply slowing down your usual pace may help.

In such cases, a warm or cold compress is a proven and effective way for treating headache or sleeplessness.
