If you are planning a pregnancy or planning to try to conceive, it is very important to know the days when you are most fertile and can increase the chances of getting pregnant. Your most fertile days or your fertility days are the days between the 8th day of your menstrual cycle to the 19th day of the same consistent cycleHaving sex during your fertile period or fertility period that increases your chances of conception and thereby getting pregnant or conceiving. Here are few ways in which you can find out your most fertile days so that you can increase the chances to get pregnant. Are you thinking that how to become pregnant? 1. Keep track of your ovulation: You are most fertile or your fertility is at its peak five days before ovulation and the two days after ovulation. However, the exact days differ for different women as their cycles are not the same at all and there are different cycles of a different person. To know when you are ovulating, it is very important to keep track of your menstrual cycle and periods or menses for at least two to three months at a stretch.  Are you thinking that how to become pregnant? 3. Check your basal body temperature BBTYou should know that our basal body temperature is the highest when you ovulate or get your ovulation date. This happens due to various hormonal changes in your body that take place inside the body that is reading the uterus closely for the implantation phase to get pregnant or to conceive. To keep a tab on your basal body temperature, measure it with the BBT thermometer during your fertile days, every morning before getting out of bed. Are you thinking that how to become pregnant? 4. Check vaginal discharge: Did you know the most common fact that when you are most fertile and ready for conception, your vaginal discharge changes in composition? 5. Look for other physical signs: Ovulation days may lead to some physiological changes, like a lame ache in one side of the abdomen, spotting or tenderness in the breasts. These could be excellent signs to predict your fertile or the ovulation period and try for conception to get pregnant soon.
