Some of the tips to remember include taking proper supplements, perform regular sex, take a break from the daily stress, stop drinking and smoking, and reach your normal weight.     Whether a female has wanted a baby since she can remember or she only decided last week that the time is right and not knowing how long it will take her to conceive can seriously try her patience. She may have spent most of her sex life trying to avoid having a baby, but now she has ditched the condoms and come off the Pill and silently her mind questions that how to get pregnant or is getting pregnant right for me? but getting pregnant may not happen as quickly as she expects. This is what she needs to remember when trying to getting pregnant of conceiving. (1)

    1. Take Proper Supplements:

    It's a good idea to cut out processed foods, (2) but don't be tempted to ditch whole food groups or replace meals with juices if you are thinking of getting pregnant and to carry the healthy pregnancy.     Every two or three days are ideal, as too much ejaculation or prolonged abstinence both have adverse effects on sperm quality and quantity. You should keep a track of ovulation period to conceive fast. (3)

    One study found that women who drink five or fewer units of alcohol per week were twice as likely to conceive within six months as those drinking ten units or more.
