Along with dietary supplements and proper food , one can have do pelvic stretches which are considered best pregnancy exercises for normal delivery.One can even try pelvic tilt or angry cat,opening buttocks,swimming and squat if they want to know what to do for normal delivery.

It is estimated that by the year 2020, about 85% pregnant women can achieve an un-medicated, normal birth....which we call normal delivery.. isn't it a great news,!!! M really happy to know this..,will follow some normal delivery tips for pregnant lady... wwwooohhooo
