But all women out there who consume these medicines to pre-pone or postpone their menses should know that these medicines have adverse side effects on the health and do have rising health issues. If you want to pre-pone your menstrual cycle you can go with natural foods that can help you pre-pone your menstrual cycle. 

Here are some healthy natural foods that will certainly help you out in preponing your menstrual cycle without any adverse side-effects on health. 

You ever had those bad days when you wished your periods has decided to arrive a day later or earlier? Well, you are not alone if you are thinking this way now. As you know that while there are a number of medicines those can prepone or postpone you menses that you can have to postpone or prepone your periods, but there come some natural remedies that work well too for doing the same job. Here are some of the most common ones that work effectively.

Papaya:

Papaya is a well know fruit and is one of the most effective home remedies for preponing your menses as papaya generates excessive heat in your body and that may cause your menses.

Carotene present in papaya fruit helps in stimulating the hormone estrogen, thereby inducing your menses early before the predicted date.

Jaggery:

This is the most common ingredient that is available in the Indian kitchen, jaggery is a good home remedy for preponing periods. Consume jaggery with some sesame seeds not much or drink a glass of ginger juice and you may add some salt to taste with jaggery on an empty stomach early in the morning as soon as you wake up as this is believed to help prepone your menstruation cycle cause these generate heat and hence cause periods. These natural remedies may not have any adverse effects on health and may not cause irregular periods.

Pomegranate:

Drink pomegranate juice but not cold and thrice a day for a few days before your predicted period cycle date or have one glass of (pomegranate juice with sugarcane juice) juice mixture at least 4 times a day to get your menstrual cycle early before the due date.

Carrots:

Eat fresh red carrots and don't forget to wash the carrots (or pumpkin – rich in carotene) or have fresh carrot juice 2-3 times a day, as carotene present in carrots encourages the production of lots of estrogens thereby preponing your menstrual cycle before the predicted date. These natural remedies may not have any adverse effects on health and may not cause irregular periods. 

Carom seeds:

Having a big glass of juice made from carom seeds or even fenugreek seeds is found by the study to help in preponing your period cycle date by few days before instead of coming on predicted date.

Sesame seeds:

You just have to consume a teaspoon of sesame seeds mixing them with jaggery around 15 or 10 days prior to the expected date or can have a spoonful of sesame seeds with warm water 2 times a day for early menstruation or preponing your menstruation cycle. These natural remedies may not have any adverse effects on health and may not cause irregular periods. 

Pineapple:

It is one of the good heat-inducing foods that seems to act effectively if you need to prepone your period cycle date when consumed in larger quantities.

Turmeric:

Add a pinch of turmeric powder to boiling water and drink it in the morning and evening every day for around 15 days prior to your expected date to increase your chances of early menses by approximately five days. These natural remedies may not have any adverse effects on health and may not cause irregular periods.

I guess apart from natural methods, birth control pills can also be taken to prepone your periods. They also work as a stimulator in inducing periods, just right dose and right time must be checked with a doctor.
