Ctor tablet uses are in cases of prevention of cardiovascular diseases, hyperglyceridemia, and high cholesterol levels. Ctor 10 mg tablet side effects are cough, diarrhea, joint and muscle pain, headache, dizziness, and weakness. It is highly recommended to consult your doctor before consuming ctor 10 mg tablet.

A Ctor tablet isused for reducing the prolonged cardiovascular risks i.e. heart attacks, stroke, chest pain etc. Ctor reduces the bad cholesterol in the blood. A change in diet plan and regular exercise is also recommended with the intake of this medicine.

Ctor 10 MG tablet is a lipid-lowering medication and it works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase), which is required to make cholesterol in the body. This medicine lowers the bad cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and increases the good cholesterol (HDL). It prevents the patient from a heart attack, chest pain, stroke and death especially if the patient has high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity or has a smoking habit.

3- Interaction with Food: It is advised to avoid grapefruit juice while consuming Ctor 10 MG tablet. If you notice symptoms like fever, weakness, muscle pain, chills, swelling in joints, skin rashes, vomiting and nausea then immediately consult the doctor.

4- Ctor 10 MG tablet should be taken with extra caution if you have a liver disease, diabetes and cognitive impairment. One should discontinue the medicine if the liver is functioning abnormally even after a reduction in dosage.

3- Contraindicated in patients who are taking HIV protease inhibitors and hypersensitivity.

1- This medicine is not recommended to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Breastfeeding mothers can develop a risk of serious adverse effects to an infant.

3- Ctor 10 MG also increases the blood glucose levels along with glycated hemoglobin levels.
