    Infertility problems are on rise and there are 5 Lifestyle factors which affect fertility in Women and Men. These 5 factors include increased consumption of alcohol, smoking, low weight or overweight. Performing moderate exercise on a regular basis helps in achieving the results in the form of a positive pregnancy.

    If you are planning to get pregnant then you should know that it can take more than just planning to have sex more often. To get you and your partner’s body baby ready and healthy to conceive then you should look at your lifestyle.

    If you are thinking that only women are important while planning to get pregnant then you are wrong. You and your partner are equally important while planning to get pregnant or conceive. An equal number of fertility or infertility issues come up from male lifestyle factors that affect on a big scale as compared to female lifestyle factors. All the points listed below are for both the partners. 

    Fertility, Infertility

    Making changes in your lifestyle to have the healthy pregnancy and to increase the chances of getting pregnant can be among the hardest hurdles that need to be overcome for couples. However, lifestyle and fertility walk hand in hand and little changes in your lifestyle can be worth having a baby. 

    Alcohol

    Alcohol impact on female- All women should know that alcohol may disturb your menses and can lead to irregular periods, irregular ovulation and serious luteal phase defects, that reduce the chances of conception and to have a healthy pregnancy and to increase the chances of getting pregnant.     Being underweight or obese or overweight affects fertility in both women and men and for this, you need to check your BMI. You can measure whether or not your weight is healthy or your BMI – Body Mass Index is fine or not. Mark that a female BMI of below 18.5 is believed underweight; 18.5–24.9 is believed normal; 25–29.9 is overweight; and BMI 30 and over is obese. The thing you need to know is the ideal range for conception or to plan baby is 20 to 25. Factors that affect fertility is needed to be taken seriously to conceive healthily. 

    Exercise

    Chances of getting Pregnant, Infertility

    Regular exercise or regular yoga ensures that endorphins that are feel-good hormones that circulate in your body and simply improves general circulation. Better circulation of feel good hormones means that more nutrients are reaching your ovaries (in a woman) or testes (in a man); and will improve your blood-sugar balance. This helps you to conceive at a faster rate.
