  • Traveling by flight: If you have to travel by flight, then 2 to 3 hours traveling can be done. Long hours traveling might lead to blood clot because of lesser blood movement.

3- Take Medicines on Time

Medications prescribed by the doctor should be taken timely. You should not panic if you have missed a dose. Give an immediate call to your doctor for further medicine dosage.

Massage is not only helpful for fertilization; it also has other benefits. Here are some benefits of massage you need to know.

  • Increasing circulation to the ovaries and uterus
  • Helping to reduce stress
  • Bringing freshly oxygenated blood to the uterus and ovaries
