Well, water flushes down the toxins in our body and regular drinking of water keeps our body hydrated and metabolism level higher. But to have an increasing effect on weight loss, what you need to do is eat food that that has higher water level such as cucumber, watermelon, and pineapples. They add fiber, replace your hunger and increase your hydration levels - so just don't rely on water alone.

2. Stop Black Tea, Coffee, and Colas:

Everyone says avoid all the aeriated drinks such as cola, soda etc. but nobody tells you to stop drinking your coffee or the black tea. It's always best to check when we miss our due or expected periods for a week or so. Faded pink line is not a positive line. It has to be as dark as the test line. HCG surge is formed within one week of missing expected menstrual cycle and so it's recommended to test then.

I tried opting all the 10 ways to get slimmer for around 10 months and I found, proper sleep, green vegetables with water and yoga all of these things are beneficial if and only if you're consistent. Try to do that!
