 Early Morning

 6- 7 a.m.

 1 glass of warm water + ½ lemon juice & 30 min walk

 Breakfast

 8-9 a.m.

 1cup of milk/ tea, fresh fruits, Oats with milk, Dalia, Upma

 Mid Morning

 11 a.m.

 Fruits/ Sprouted moong or chana

 Lunch

 1-2 p.m.

 2 roti with vegetables, curd, salad, dal/ idli+sambhar

 Tea- Time

 4-5 p.m.

 Tea/Coffee +Biscuits/Rusks

 Snacks

 6 p.m.

 Sprouts, Roasted chana, 2 almonds, raisins and walnuts

 Dinner

 8-9 p.m.

 2 roti with vegetables, salad. Non-Vegetarians grilled chicken

 Late Night

 10 p.m.

 1 cup of milk (If required)

 

This diet plan and other methods mentioned above will definitely help you to lose weight. Regular exercise and an adequate diet can build your stamina and you can have a healthier and simpler life.
