If you are planning to get pregnant or planning to conceive, try and hold all the patience that you have, that will help you a lot help you wade through the time till your planning for the pregnancy test turns positive. This happens because getting pregnant is a process that needs more trial, patience, and errors until you get positive pregnancy and succeed. Everyone should know that just having intercourse, even on the most fertile or ovulation days don’t make you pregnant and succeed your planning for pregnancy as and when you wish for it. You should know that it could be extremely frustrating if you fail to achieve success despite your best efforts. At times some women don't know that what is ovulation and how to track the signs of ovulation? This is the vital step in planning for the pregnancy to track your ovulation successfully.

When everything else fails like natural conceiving, trying conceiving on most fertile days and still you think that the in IVF or in-vitro fertilization may be the only hope and option for you to opt, you should know some of these most common causes of infertility first which can help you make a choice and look in the right direction.

1. Decline in the number of healthy eggs: Most important thing you should know that you are born with a fixed number of eggs that are needed to get pregnant. But the number of eggs declines and with that the health of those eggs also declines as your age decrease. 2. Your partner’s Health status: Most importantly your partner’s health plays a very important role in conception after yours is done. Both paternal and maternal health is responsible for the health eggs to fertilized egg and eventually that of the fetus. 3. Reduced ovulation: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which cause irregular menstrual cycles affects about 5 to 10 percent of women and PCOS one of the most common lifestyle reasons for women not to ovulate and get pregnant. This is the vital step in planning for the pregnancy to track your ovulation successfully. If you have irregular menstrual periods, an unusual and increased growth of hair on face, chin, chest, and stomach, these can be the symptoms of PCOS.

4. Blocked fallopian tubes: Fallopian tubes plays the vital role in the pregnancy planning. When fallopian tubes are damaged or blocked, tubal factor, which is the reason for about 35 percent of infertility problems. What you can do: Make sure that the fallopian tubes are open, otherwise there’s no way for sperm and eggs for fusion. The doctor can screen tubal factor with an x-ray called HSG and if the fallopian tubes are blocked, IVF is the best treatment to go with.

It has now become easy to track ovulation. Several apps are helping in a large group of women. It is a fact that ovulation generally happens 14 days before your next menstrual cycle, but it’s not the same with everyone so one can check through apps and find her best days.

we must eat lot of iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, rajma, beans, grams to regulate your ovulation.We can also try clean meat, fish, eggs, black beans, lentils, broccoli, cherries, red grapes and raspberries. Infertility in women can be caused by poor diet also.
