A Female Condom is a pouch type condom used by females that are directly inserted into the vagina before intercourse to prevent pregnancy and reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections or diseases.

The contraception female condom is a very thin sheath made of nitrile polymer and can be used by the ones who have a latex allergy and female condoms come with a soft ring at both the end. One ring of the female condom is covered with polyurethane that fits over the cervix and rests behind the pubic bone, acting as an anchor to hold it back when you are having intercourse. The open and the larger outer ring covers part of the perineum and labia. 4- The outer ring may stimulate the clitoris and make intercourse more magical

5- No systemic adverse side effects.

6- Does not affect menstrual cycles at all

Disadvantages of Female Condom:

1- Female condoms are not as effective in preventing pregnancy as hormonal methods or a male condom.

2- Female condoms are costs somewhat more than a male condom and may not be as readily available.

3- Female condoms requires a brief pause to put on.

4- Can take practice before insertion becomes easy.

5- Some women find that the rings of female condoms cause discomfort.

How to use a female condom?

Female condoms use can be fun for both partners when it is made part of intercourse.

Carefully open the packet of contraception female condoms and find the inner (smaller) ring, which is at the closed end of the condom. Squeeze the inner ring together and push it up into your vagina with your finger to the end. The female condom is one of the best birth control methods and better than the oral contraceptive pills cause it also have adverse effects on health. 

1- When your partner's penis is erected, you will need to guide the penis through the outer ring, to make sure that the outer ring of the female condom is not pushed to the sides of the vagina.  You can use any kind of lubricant, water- or oil-based, with the female condom.

2- After intercourse, remove the female condom. Squeeze gently and twist the outer ring to keep the sperm inside the pouch and it should not seep out of female condom.

This is a ray of hope for me. Also I've heard that female condoms need to be stored in places that aren't too hot or too cold, and away from sharp or rough surfaces that could tear them or wear them away.
