The female condom can be inserted before 3 hours of intercourse but should be removed immediately once you have intercourse. The contraception female condom is pre-lubricated with a silicone-based lubricant and remember that female condom does not contain spermicide to stop the sperms from entering the vagina. The female condom is one of the best birth control methods and better than the oral contraceptive pills cause it also have adverse effects on health. This is very important for the couples to know that male and female condoms should not be used at the same time because due to the added friction between the two condoms could cause them to break or burst or might have adverse side effects on the skin.
