“Very disappointing in the way that we were treated by the cashier payment department - my wife was detained at the clinic for an entire day because her overseas credit card had a daily transaction limit of USD2000 even though we were part of the way through the IVF cycle and had to return to complete embryo transfer. We were not going to run off and not return. We had already paid several thousand dollars for the treatment to date. My wife was told that she would be handed over the police and sent to jail if she could not pay the full bill (this was on a weekend when banks were not open in Laos- so we could not arrange for an immediate international money transfer). The outstanding account was immediately settled on the Monday morning when the banks in Lao opened. I sent Jetanin and email with a confirmation of the money transfer and despite requests to confirm receipt of the money, we received no reply. Unfortunately, we could not complete the IVF cycle because the embryos did not properly develop AND once again we are having trouble with the Cashier Payment Department in getting a refund of some money. Note: I did not have any issues with the Jetanin IVF program and my wife and I both knew that there was no certainty that fertilized embryo and embryo transfer would be successful. The way that we are being treated by the Cashier Payment Department is very poor. There would appear to be no understanding by the people in the finance department in regards to the emotional stress that women go through when undertaking an IVF program. It appears to be all about MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. Common sense by the people working in the Cashier Payment Department did not prevail. Patients in the middle of the IVF program have to return to complete the program. Please show a bit more understanding and compassion to ladies undergoing your program and don't put them under the additional stress of being detained at your clinic for 8+ hours when you know that they MUST return to complete the embryo transfer.”8 people found this helpfulHelpful Posted on: July 2, 2019, 11:21 a.m.

“My testicular biopsy was carried by the seniors at Jetanin Institute for Assisted Reproduction. It was successful and we got the positive results.”3 people found this helpfulHelpful Posted on: July 18, 2017, 5:44 a.m.
