Q1. What is natural cycle IVF and how it is different from stimulated IVF?
      Posted on: Dec. 21, 2018, 9:10 p.m.
      • A. In case of natural cycle IVF also called as traditional IVF cycle, medications are not used for stimulation. Whereas, in stimulated IVF medications are used to stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs. In all other aspects like egg retrieval, multiple appointments with the doctor and embryo development, natural and stimulated IVF are same.

Q2. What are the types of medications of ovulation induction?
Posted on: Sept. 12, 2018, midnight
      • A. Medications used for ovulation induction are Clomiphene citrate (Clomid) and Serophene. These medications are used along with other fertility techniques, such as assisted reproductive technology or artificial insemination. In some cases, where clomid doesn't work, several other injectable hormones are used such as Human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG) and Gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist.
